Audio

During spring 2014, I produced audio, video and photo work every week for my convergence reporting class. “Rents to increase for public housing residents” was published on Mizzou’s Convergence Journalism website, and “Common Core opponents hold rally at state capitol” aired on KBIA News.

As part of my convergence reporting class, I also reported for professional newsrooms. I shot and edited the video “Scott Boulevard closure impacts residents, businesses,” which ran on the Columbia Missourian’s website. I also wrote a text piece and created an interactive Google map for the piece. In spring 2014, I was also in a class called emerging media, in which I explored digital media topics. “This week’s tech and journalism trends” was filmed for the class and was also published on Mizzou’s Convergence Journalism website.

Photos

In addition to producing video and audio content, I have also taken pictures as part of various multimedia packages. My photos have been featured in Missouri Business Alert and La Curandera. Here are a few examples of photos I took for my Multimedia class.
